limits, and county. At the current time we do not have an  application pending for this location. (Applicants must publish  first and may or may not submit an application after they publish.)

Per the Austin American Statesman Classified dated February 20,  2013,  a Mixed Beverage Permit and Food and Beverage Certificate has  been filed by Canchola and Hyde Productions, Inc, dba Pour House.

This establishment normally stays open until 2 am in its current location.  Restrictions for this proposed location  on Jollyville have been rather strong for previous establishments  because it does share a property line with 3 of our neighborhood  homes as well as The Pavilion, an assisted living facility.

As a resident who shares a fence line with this property and as a representative of the Raintree Neighborhood Association, I would encourage you to consider that what is allowed at this property is allowed next to homes with families and children.  2 am is NOT acceptable.  We are prepared to sign petitions and/or go to the City Council regarding this establishment.
